Douglas E. West, PA-C - Spokane
Mr. West received his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies through Medex- University of Washington School of Medicine, Seattle, WA in 1993. He has extensive experience as a PA-C in the areas of family, geriatric and emergency medicine while working with Columbia County Hospital in Dayton, WA. Doug has been associated with Inland Cardiology Associates, PS since 1995.
Doug enjoys spending time with his family and also likes camping, hunting and remodeling his house.
Kathleen Manion, ARNP - Spokane
Ms. Manion earned her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina in 1982 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 1992. She has extensive experience as a registered Nurse in critical care, cardiology and nursing management. Kathy returned to Gonzaga and earned her Masters of Science in Nursing & Family Nurse Practitioner in 2002. Since that time, she has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in cardiology and serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Gonzaga in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. Kathy joined Inland Cardiology Associates, PS in September of 2007.
Kathy enjoys spending her free time with family and especially likes to spend this time boating, traveling, running, and doing pilates.
Joan Corkey-O'Hare, ARNP - Spokane
Brenda N. Sowards, MSN, ARNP - Northpointe
Ms. Sowards earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Intercollegiate Center for Nursing in Eastern Washington University, Cheney, WA in 1988. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Gonzaga, Spokane, WA in 2006.
Brenda has extensive medical experience within the areas of Emergency/Trauma, Post Anesthesia Care, Intensive Care Nursery, and Lifebird Air Transport. Brenda has been associated with Inland Cardiology Associates, PS since November of 2006. She will be specializing and creating the Congestive Heart Failure clinic. She retired as the Chief Nurse in the Washington Air National Guard after 21 years of service, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends at their cabin on Waitts Lake.
Michelle Chinn, MSN, ARNP - Tri-Cities
Michelle Chinn, MSN, ARNP, has been working with cardiac patients since 1980 and has a true passion for this patient population. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree in California, and completed her graduate work at Gonzaga University in Spokane. She is the Clinical Director for Inland Cardiology Associates in the Tri Cities and a practicing Nurse Practioner.

Brandy Manchester, PA-C - Spokane
Brandy J Manchester is a graduate from University of Washington-Medex Physician Assistant Program. Her 11 years of Critical Care and Emergency Nursing in the US Army Reserve as a Licensed Practical Nurse gives her a strong knowledge base for cardiology. She is an Iraq Freedom War veteran as well. The experience as an Urgent Care LPN for 7 years, critical care pediatrics, nursing home and Emergency Medical training prior to PA school gives her a wide variety of skills and knowledge to use.
Her hobbies are fly fishing, hunting, and quilting.
